This project is a refurbishment and extension of an 1860’s Victorian house. The house is a three bay three storey in red stock brick and granite. It is, like most of the buildings on the road, a protected structure.

The challenge is, in the refurbishment to create a comfortable contemporary home, in a manner which compliments the elegance of the existing house.
